Fun Chinese (Mandarin) / 中文班

Through songs, games, body movements, stories, finger-puppet plays, and hands-on activities, your child will find Mandarin a fun language to learn. Classes are taught by a native experienced teacher in a small group setting. Curriculum covers listening, speaking, writing, and reading skills.

透過唱歌、遊戲、身體動作、故事等活動，使小朋友覺得中文（國語）易於學習。由富有經驗的老師以小班形式進行，課程包括聽講讀寫。

Music Headstart / 音樂啟蒙班

Classes are based on the “Kodály Method”. Through a variety of songs, interactive games, movements, musical instrumental exploration. They will:

grow musical concepts such as in-tune singing, beat, rhythm, melody, form, phrasing, dynamics, tempo and timbre.
gain experience in reading and writing music
create their own music
build self-confidence and self-discipline
improve coordination
increase attention and concentration span
develop social skills – working with a group, cooperation, etc.
be prepared for learning individual musical instruments, such as piano, violin, etc.

Music Theory / 音樂理論班

Little Speaker / 小小演說家**

In today’s competitive world, articulate, effective communication is more essential than ever before. This class helps students learn public speaking techniques, how to debate, and even how to conduct a good discussion and be presentable in an interview.

配合學童快速及深入研究的學習態度，掌握發音、辯論及朗讀技巧，幫助互動討論及面試對答。導師每堂以朗讀英語故事及討論英文報紙內容為主題，提升對答、公開演說等表現。引導學童發問及回應有關主題，結合繪圖及文字來增加學習趣味！

Mixed Media Drawing & Painting / Mixed Media Art / 混合媒體繪畫 / 綜合藝術探索班**

Classes are designed to help young artists to develop their artistic skills while having fun discovering their own personal style. Working from still life, photographs, slides, images from art history and/or independent themes and ideas, students will be introduced to specific drawing and painting fundamentals and techniques. These include line drawing, value, shape, pattern, texture, shading, highlighting, color, perspective and collage. While experimenting with an exciting variety of artist’s tools, media and techniques, students will learn to explore and trust their imaginations and creative instincts. Each level focuses on different mediums and skills.

Focused Mediums: chalk pastel, oil pastel, tempera, graphite, oil pastel, watercolor, charcoal, and/or acrylics.

課程旨在培養小朋友的美術能力，並同時令他們找到自己的風格。課堂內會用靜物、相片、美術圖史等去教導學生具體的繪畫技巧和原理。包括：線條作畫、形狀、圖案、質感、陰影、光暗對比、用色、透視和拼貼等。學生會在接觸不同的美術工具、媒體、和技巧的同時，學習到要相信自己有想像力和創造力。不同的級別會專注於不同的媒體和技巧。

$50 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. The deposit is counted toward the tuition balance.
We will NOT grant partial refund for any absence.
All discounts apply to full semester, group classes’ registration only, does not apply to Private Piano classes.
Full tuition is due on the first day of class.
